Enthusiast and dedicated researcher with more than 5 years of experience in Behavior Neuroscience. I am working to elucidate the molecular mechanism in the regulation of subcellular transport, ligand interaction and the pathophysiological relevance of Triggering Receptor Expressed on Myeloid Cells 2 (TREM2) with two other major factors, ApoE and Amyloid-β, in Alzheimer's disease.

  • Carried out in-vivo study of compounds that tend to inhibit Puromycin-sensitive aminopeptidase (PSA) recently identified as a major peptidase acting on neurotoxic TAU protein and protecting against TAU-induced neurodegeneration.
  • A 2-oxa- spiro[5.4] decane scaffold displays neurotrophic, neurogenic and anti-neuroinflammatory activities with high potential for development as a versatile CNS therapeutic.
  • Instructed 3 masters students, designed experiments, developed organization management skills.
  • Attended seminars and presented research and review articles to both scientific and non-scientific audiences.
